We are so pleased you are considering the First Time Buyer Readers Awards. Please read all the details below to help you make your submission.
All First Time Buyer Readers’ Award Submission are made through SurveyMonkey – either through a direct link or lower down on the page. You will be asked to upload your images here as well as your 150 word entry description. You will also be required to upload your submission pack. Each individual entry should have a completed submission pack.

Entry Criteria
All awards entries must have the following:
- One hi-res feature image that will be used online and in print
- A 150 word description of the entry to be used online and in print
- A 200-700 word entry description to be used for judging
- All entries have a maximum of 4 images – one highlighted for online and print use, and a further 3 supporting images for judging.
Category Specific Criteria:
- The Best Use of Online Tools submission may have 2 links to any online media
- For Best First Time Buyer Apartment and Best First Time Buyer Family Home a floor plan should be one of your supporting images
