Entries must relate to activity, developments or campaigns that were launched, active or substantially delivered between 1 January 2025 and 8th April 2026
Where activity spans multiple years, entrants must clearly demonstrate impact, results or significant new phases occurring within the eligibility period.
For all development-based categories:
The development must have been launched for sale to first-time buyers during the eligibility period, or
Must have been actively marketed and available to purchase during the eligibility period.
Developments may be:
• Off-plan
• Under construction
• Completed but still selling
• Sold out within the time period above
Phased developments are eligible, provided the phase entered was actively marketed during the eligibility window.
Best Marketing Campaign:
• The campaign must have been live, publicly launched, and delivered within the eligibility period.
• Campaigns launched prior to 1 January 2025 are eligible only if substantial new activity, measurable results, or a significant new phase occurred during the eligibility window.
• Entries should clearly outline objectives, audience targeting, channels used, and measurable results.

All submissions are expected to be made online and should include the 150 word description of the entry to be used in the magazine and online.
To make getting involved even easier, we’re offering an early-bird discount – any entries submitted before 4 March 2026 will be £325 + VAT.
All entries made after this will be charged at the standard entry price of £425 (+VAT), and submissions can be made until 8 April at 5pm.
Judging will take place in April.
