City & Country

City & Country are experts in the restoration and conversion of historic and listed buildings. We have an unwavering respect for and understanding of these assets and a reputation for producing eye-catching properties that are creatively designed, well-built and a pleasure to own – 95% of our customers would recommend us to a friend.

Whilst the properties speak for themselves, also crucial is the high quality of customer care provided by knowledgeable sales staff, who handle customers professionally and efficiently throughout the buying process. Safety is paramount with regular staff training and expert independent H&S audits, to further enhance standards.

Linden Homes

Linden Homes is the award-winning housebuilding division of Galliford Try and the UK’s fifth largest residential developer.

It builds over 3,000 homes annually. Every development is bespoke and sensitively designed to enhance the local area and reflect local community aspirations.

Homes are typically located close to town centres, within easy reach of local amenities. Interiors have a very high specification.

Throughout the downturn Linden Homes has retained excellent standards of customer service whilst maintaining momentum and delivering on its three-year growth strategy, to deliver over 3,200 homes in 2013.

Lovell

While Lovell typically build around 600 homes for sale each year, they see their primary function as building, or rebuilding, communities.

To create a community requires several key factors to be fully realised; high quality homes appropriate to their target buyer’s needs and resources, collaboration with local residents and neighbourhood leaders, the dedication of a skilled team. Lovell strives to deliver these factors on every home and every project we undertake.

At any one time they have around 100 apprentices working in their business. Depending on their goals, they will be trained at the Lovell Craft Academy or Management Development Academy over a 2 - 3 year time period. Both facilities have extremely high completion rates and deliver a steady flow of skilled team members.

Taylor Wimpey

Picture
Taylor Wimpey East London recognises that every homebuyer is different – and that’s why each of its high-quality new homes developments across the region boasts a unique appeal.

While each development is designed to suit the needs of its customers and is tailored to its specific location, one thing they all have in common is excellence, with superior build quality, exceptional sustainability standards and outstanding customer care evident throughout.

New homes built by Taylor Wimpey always offer superb value for money – not just through great prices, but also through fantastic homebuyer incentives – and 80% of its purchasers in 2012 were first-time buyers.

Wynndel

Picture
Naturally Woodlands is a striking, bold and futuristic development which seamlessly blends exquisite design and architecture with its magnificent rural surroundings. No expense has been spared in its creation, and the finishings and attention-to-detail are second-to-none.

The TV presenter Oliver Heath – best known for his role on BBC’s Changing Rooms and DIY SOS - said its designers should be congratulated for their “extraordinary talents”.

The development has already won the hearts of the local community and the praise of architects and industry professionals, and continues to receive unflinching support from local schools and council.
